NightLight Production: Spring 2026

A Tuna Fish that can't carry a tune? A Star Fish that can't get an acting job? A seven-legged Octopus? A Zebra Fish with spots? A Tiger Shark who wants to be friends with everyone? Join in the aquatic fun as little Tiger Shark and his unique collection of friends discover how their differences make them each special.

Ages 5 - 9

Auditions are the 2nd week of rehearsal. Details will be sent in registration packet.

Cast 1 - Tuesdays, Director Michelle DuMoulin (open)

Michelle DuMoulin (Cast I - Tuesday) is excited to step into the role of director for the second cast of Go Fish: The Musical as an extension of her work at Audience of One Youth Theater, where she serves as Program Manager. At Ao1, Michelle has directed four NightLight productions and assistant directed The Lion King last Spring. Outside of Ao1, she brings 16 years of experience directing school musicals at the school where she teaches. She is passionate about creating supportive, joyful rehearsal spaces where young performers can grow in confidence, collaboration, and creativity, and she is excited to help bring this second cast of Go Fish to life.

First Rehearsal: Tuesday 2/3

Tech Rehearsal: Tuesday 4/28 & Wed 4/29

Performances: Thur 4/30 6:00pm and Sat 5/2 11:30am (2 shows)

 

Cast 2 - Thursdays, Director Jamee Tinnirello (on waitlist)

Jamee Tinnirello (Cast II - Thursday) first came to Audience of One when her two daughters joined in 2021. Her own love for musical theatre began in high school and she is thrilled to join the Audience of One team. Jamee holds a bachelor's degree in Music Education and a master's in Educational Counseling. With a decade of experience as an elementary music teacher in Jefferson County Public Schools, Jamee has been instrumental in organizing numerous school productions. She is passionate about giving young children the opportunity to perform, making music and theater enjoyable as these experiences often mark their first introduction to the arts. She is excited to be back for another session with Ao1's NightLight cast.

Tech Rehearsal: Tuesday 5/5 & Wednesday 5/6

Performances: Thur 5/7 6:00pm and Sat 5/9 11:30am (2 shows)

Hangtime

There will be an optional "hangtime" from 4:45 - 5:00 PM where students can purchase pizza and snacks and hang out with friends before rehearsal!

Ao1 is run with the support of parents through required parent committee service. 

Payment Options
1 - 50% deposit paid upfront with balance due prior to first rehearsal (non-refundable/non-transferable)
2 - Full tuition paid upfront (50% non-refundable/non-transferable)

Costume Fee - We provide one costume for every cast member with a $15 fee for every additional costume. If you don't want your student to be cast in multiple roles, you must tell us at auditions.

Scholarships

Scholarship applications are available here. A 50% deposit is still required. For more information on scholarships, please contact lgelley@ao1theater.org ASAP. Deadline is 12/19/25 for scholarship consideration for Spring 2026.

 

Discounts

Sibling discounts will be applied when applicable. 10% off the lowest tuition for the third child and 20% off the fourth, fifth, etc.

AO1 REFUND POLICY

​

Full refunds maybe requested:

  1. Within 72 hours of when the student was registered;

  2. At least 4 weeks prior to the workshop, camp or the first auditions of a session.

 

Partial refunds will exclude the non-refundable deposit per person, per session/workshop/camp and may be requested:

  1. Up to one week prior to the workshop, camp or the first auditions of a session. Nightlight is first rehearsal, not audition.

  2. These refunds exclude the non-refundable deposit per person, production, workshop, or camp.

 

No refunds will be given within 1 week prior to the first auditions of the session or class.

​

*All requests must be in writing and refunds will be issued during the second week of rehearsals.

*If a family has previously requested a refund per this policy, it will be necessary for that family to pay for future Audience of One Youth Theater (“Ao1”) sessions in full, in order to secure a spot. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation involving this policy.

 

* Absolutely NO REFUNDS are given after auditions/classes have begun for the session.

 

* Ao1 will offer no refunds for drops, cancellations, or postponements.
