Whether your student is looking to try out theater for the first time, polish their skills, or simply have fun with friends, these one-to-two-week camps are the perfect addition to your summer plans!​
Your 5-18 year old will spend their days learning musical theater skills while rehearsing, playing theater games, participating in outdoor activities, and getting to know new friends!

Ao1's summer programming includes kids' productions for ages 5-14, workshops for ages 8-18, and a two-week Broadway intensive full production, ages 13-18, for our teenagers.

SYNOPSIS:
In A Barnyard Moosical, a hilarious and imaginative mini-musical, we meet a unique and talented group of animals living at this unusual farm. Between the gourmet goats that refuse to eat garbage, a chorus line of hoofing cows, neatnik pigs and funky dancing chickens, the musical will be sure to tickle the imagination and funny bone of performers and audiences alike.

​SYNOPSIS:
Celebrate good sportsmanship, teamwork, problem solving and learning how to win and lose with dignity and class! A new girl in town has joined the boys baseball team. No problem. But wait! She wants to be the pitcher? That has never been done before, at least in this town! Through five innings, the cast gets to play the parts of many favorite baseball players throughout history, and they learn how to be true All-Stars whether the score shows a win or loss.

SYNOPSIS:
An adaptation of the fourth of Mary Pope Osborne's award-winning fantasy adventure books from the Magic Tree House book series. This time around, Jack and Annie return to visit the magic tree house on a dreary, rainy day. They find a book where the sun is shining and the waves are crashing, so they wish to travel to this tropical place. They realize that they are in the eighteenth-century Caribbean, the time of pirates! The siblings meet Captain Bones, a mean old pirate who captures the two and forces them to help him find buried treasure. The two discover the power of friendship and the simple pleasures in everyday life, but it's up to Jack and Annie to find their way back to the tree house and make their way home.

SYNOPSIS:
Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka KIDS follows enigmatic candy manufacturer Willy Wonka as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka factory, as well as a lifetime supply of candy. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats, but the fifth is a likeable young lad named Charlie Bucket, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the factory — or suffer the consequences.
Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka KIDS has a flexible cast size with many featured and ensemble roles, including the singing and dancing Oompa-Loompas, Candy Man Kids, and Squirrels.

SYNOPSIS:
This two-week camp is designed with teens in mind.
Disney's Camp Rock The Musical, a combination of The Disney Channel's "Camp Rock" and "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" (starring teen idols, Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers) will fire up your stage with over a dozen songs, including "This Is Me," "Can't Back Down," "It's On" and "We Rock."
A classic story of rivalry and power, Disney's Camp Rock The Musical opens with Mitchie and her friends arriving at Camp Rock, ready to spend another summer jamming out and having the time of their lives. But the new, flashy Camp Star across the lake now threatens Camp Rock's very existence. To keep the doors open, Mitchie steps up, rallies her fellow Camp Rockers and gets them into top shape for the ultimate showdown!

Get ready to level up your dance skills!
Dance Camp is the perfect place to sharpen your technique and prepare for your next audition or production. Each morning, we’ll welcome beginning to intermediate dancers ages 8–18, while the afternoons are reserved for advanced dancers ages 13 and up.
Both sessions will explore a wide range of styles, including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-hop, and Musical Theater. This is a technique-focused camp. No final performance means more time dedicated to building your skills through exciting combos and hands-on workshops.
Join us for a week of fun, growth, and nonstop dancing. You won’t want to miss it!

PRODUCTIONS FOR AGES 8-12
Your 8-12 year old will have a blast playing theatre games, learning new skills, and putting together a show. Students will audition on Monday and perform in front of family and friends on Friday.

TEEN CAMP
This two-week intensive is designed especially for our teens. Students rehearse from 9 AM - 5 PM, learning musical theatre skills, working on material from the show, and having fun with friends. This camp culminates in two performances with full sets, props, and costumes. All experience levels welcome!

We offer a variety of week-long workshops designed so students can expand their skillset and build confidence as an actor all in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment.
Workshops are open to all experience levels, ages 8-18.

AO1 REFUND POLICY

Ao1's Refund Policy
Full refunds may be requested:
1. Within 72 hours of when the student was registered AND;
2. At least 4 weeks prior to the workshop, camp or the first auditions of a session.
Partial Refunds will exclude the non-refundable deposit per person, per session/workshop/camp and may be requested until the first day of a workshop, camp or class OR the first auditions of a session; whichever occurs first.
*All requests must be in writing and refunds will be issued during the second week of rehearsals.
*If a family has previously requested a refund per this policy, it will be necessary for that family to pay for future Audience of One Youth Theater (“Ao1”) sessions in full, in order to secure a spot. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation involving this policy.
