LaCretia has been a director and choreographer with Audience of One, her home away from home, for 7 seasons and 16 shows now. She also teaches and directs at American Academy and offers private instruction in voice, acting, audition prep and film acting. LaCretia holds a Masters Degree in Education and has been in music and theater since she was 6 years old. For LaCretia, the young actors, and showing them the process of bringing a production to fruition, is of utmost importance. Her passion is helping them to understand how truly unique and special they are, encouraging them to let His light shine through them, while realizing the full potential of their God-given talents.

Jaime is the music director at Ben Franklin Academy, a K-8 STEAM school in Highlands Ranch. She is responsible for directing 15 performances each year in band, choir and theatre. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from University of Redlands and is working on her Masters in Music Education from University of Colorado Boulder. Jaime has a strong passion for teaching. She believes music and theatre have the ability to create well-rounded students in a way that other subjects can’t always achieve. Through performing, she has seen students come out of their shells and embrace learning
